Coravin Pivot+ Wine Preservation System

Effortlessly preserve and aerate your wine with the Pivot+ wine preservation system. Aerate your wine while you pour it with the convenient aeration attachment that delivers more aromatic and flavorful wine. The ingenious combination of the Pivot stopper and device preserves the remaining bottle for up to 4 weeks—ensuring the last glass is just as fresh as the first. Set includes one Pivot™ Wine Preservation System, one Coravin Pure™ Capsule, two Pivot™ Stoppers and one Pivot Aerator.

To use, replace the cork or screw cap with a Pivot Stopper. To pour, insert the Pivot Device through the Stopper and press the button. After pouring, simply remove the device and close the Stopper.

• Device: After each use run a small stream of warm water through the spout for a few seconds. Let the water flow out of the tube. Remove from the water and give the button a short press to clear any droplets. Dry with a soft cloth. Do not submerge system in water. Not dishwasher safe. Do not use detergent.
• Stopper: After removing the stopper from the bottle, rinse it in a steady stream of warm water for several seconds. Shake excess water off. Dry with a soft cloth. Always ensure the sealing ribs of the stopper are completely dry before inserting into any bottle. Not dishwasher safe. Do not use detergent.
• Aerator: Unscrew and remove the head assembly and sediment filter from the main body; rinse all parts in warm water; re-assemble and screw it back onto the main body.
