It’s double-sided, with one side featuring a groove to capture juices, and the other a completely smooth cutting surface. The hardwood maple is naturally resistant to bacteria, and easier on your cutlery than a plastic cutting board.

Additionally, the Boos cream finish creates a protective layer that prevents food and moisture from damaging the wood. To ensure the life of this heirloom-quality block, simply wipe clean with mild soap, and a damp cloth and reapply cream or oil when the board becomes dry or lighter in color.
