Sur La Table Pie Crust Shield

Keep pie crusts from burning with this handy adjustable silicone shield. Simply put the shield along the exposed edge of the crust and place it into the oven to bake with the pie. Remove toward the end of the bake time to achieve the ideal level of browning. The shield can fit any pie from 8″ to 11.5″ in diameter.
